Our focus is on thinking and learning, building knowledge and skills – both what to learn and how – whether in the classroom or the workplace. Our aim is to help you and your organisation to develop, improve and grow. We work with clients in the UK and internationally, to support new ways of thinking and to support a process of learning and change. Our work is wide ranging – we can support our clients from the identification of a development need to the implementation and evaluation of the change process. As a team, we have worked with government departments and commercial and non-commercial clients to research, create and evaluate new learning programmes and competency frameworks, develop support materials, offer coaching, mentoring and training.
To support our clients, we offer expertise for every step of the learning and knowledge journey.
Thinking tools: we work with our clients to develop policy and strategy, using expertise in participatory system and concept mapping and a theory-of-change approach to visualise aims, values, outcomes and intended impact and inform evaluation processes.
Research and practice: building knowledge and skills: our up-to-date expertise in learning theories, professional learning, curriculum design theory, pedagogy and competencies, powerful knowledge and epistemology, ensures our learning programmes and support draw on both current research and our practical experience.
Agents of change: expertise and approaches from our hands-on experience of senior and middle leadership across a range of organisations informs our work – we also draw on ideas from our expertise in systems and distributed leadership approaches, and appreciative enquiry.
